If you're looking for the best that money can buy, the M242 is calling your name! Malibu's flagship 24' offering has everything you could possible look for in a Wakeboat. Huge Surf Wave, the biggest we've seen and we sold Centurion for 3 seasons. In addition to the wave, some of our favorite features include the LT4 engine and Malibus ability to build surf boats that also cruise at reasonable speeds. This M242 tops out at 42 mph which is 7-8 mph faster than most other high-end wakeboats. We know it's not about racing down the lake BUT the Malibu is comfortable cruising at 32-35 mph whereas others are going down the lake in the mid twenties. When it comes to interior features and storage, the Raise and Laze Armrest seems a little much until you sit in the passenger seat with it... The awkward feeling you get trying to prop yourself into the corner of a wakeboats passenger seat is completely gone now that you have somewhere to rest your arm ... super cool feature. Storage on the Malibu's open up to allow access to all of the under seat space, making it easy to grab gear. The seats do not require gas shocks nor do they fall when letting go of them. The rear board stash locker is fully functional even with Plug and Play ballast filled to the top. You won't find an easier place to store your boards, vests and ropes. It is also accessible from in the boat and does not require getting onto the swim platform.
